Sessions focus on developing your child’s fundamental movements skills, using football as the vehicle to learn new skills which are required not only for football but life!
Giving it a go for the first time or wanting to play with people of the same age, McDonald’s Fun Football is all about learning new skills, making amazing friends and of course having loads of FUN!
Huddle Powered by Weetabix
Huddle is the fun and friendly place where girls, aged between four and eleven, fall in love with football. With centres all across Wales, the sessions offer a relaxed, sociable and friendly place for a positive first experience of football.
Huddle is delivered by clubs and partners across Wales who want to grow the number of girls playing football in their local area. Girls can expect to make new friends, learn some football skills through fun games and build their confidence throughout the sessions.
Footie Families
Footie Families is a family engagement programme for 2 - 5 year olds, which encourages parents to interact with their children through fun activities, having a positive influence on the development of children's fundamental movement skills and the family physical activity behaviours.
Before playing football, or any sport, our little ones need to develop a broad range of skills. Fundamental movement skills, such as balancing, jumping, throwing and kicking are the building blocks of movement and they are essential for children’s participation in physical activity throughout life.
BE. FC
BE. FC is a fun, sociable environment for girls aged 12-16 to enjoy football without any pressure. BE. FC is designed to allow girls of any ability level to pick up a football and have fun with friends in a safe environment.
Not only does BE. FC provide opportunity for teenage girls to enjoy football, it also promotes a healthy lifestyle and supports girls to develop in more ways than just the football environment. BE. FC has been tailored to restore the love of football within girls aged 12-16, and to allow girls across Wales the opportunity to continue to play football in a less pressured environment.
